So very excited to learn of your fabulous concept for the old church. Living in Dunstan Crossing I frequently walk to the beach and once you first crest the hill and see the view of the ocean it always gives me that HOME feeling. There’s nothing quite like it. I was thrilled to learn of your incorporating technology to match any theme and to think of the setting not only the ocean with the full moon rising up from behind Black Point but the charm of the saltwater marsh teaming with egrets and Great Blue Herons. With the little harbor anyone could even sail in. Sweet !
